The form takes a few minutes. Our team reviews new stores within one business day and emails you when your workspace is live. You then sign in, add your catalogue and start creating looks.

No. The free month needs no card and does not convert to a paid plan automatically.

Yes. You’re set up as the account owner and can invite staff with roles (manager, salesperson, viewer) during onboarding or later. Additional stores and legal entities can be added from the admin console.

Yes. Progress saves after every step and we email you a resume link that works on any device.

A staff member captures one photo of the customer, picks pieces from your catalogue (or lets VYBE style it), and VYBE produces several photoreal looks on that customer to compare, keep and share.

Any modern phone or tablet with a browser and internet. No app install, no special hardware.

Yes. The app requires your staff to confirm the customer’s consent before a photo can be captured. Photos and looks are stored on private links and are never publicly listed.

We send photos to third-party image providers only to generate your looks, and configure provider settings to disable training on submitted images wherever that option exists. We do not sell customer photos.

Yes, bring your catalogue (names, images, prices, attributes), or start with a handful of pieces and grow it.

Paid plans are billed monthly in INR. Each plan includes a set number of generated looks; anything above that is charged per look at the plan’s overage rate. We’ll help you pick a plan near the trial’s end.

Each image VYBE generates for a session counts as one look. Regenerating is another look. Comparing, sharing and recording outcomes are free.

Yes. Contact us with your store count and expected volume and we’ll put together a plan.

Your workspace doesn’t auto-convert or auto-charge. To keep using VYBE you choose a paid plan; otherwise access pauses and your data is retained for a limited window.
